As an estate and letting agent, we are well used to comings and goings. We work hard to ensure people move in, out and on with their life as effortlessly as possible.
However, we would like to acknowledge some of the comings and goings at Stones Residential.
First of all, we must show our appreciation for Neil Lux. For more than ten years, Neil has worked tirelessly and with great dedication.
Few would have imagined that when Neil started with us as a trainee, he would work his way up to running our lettings team.
We are pleased to say that our lettings department is the most prolific in Stanmore. We are a team, and every member has a role to play, but Neil’s impact and influence cannot be overlooked.
Neil is also a familiar face and name in the local community and has shaped many parts of local life.
We would like to wish Neil every success in his next role. Stones Residential will continue to support him, and we hope to work closely with for many years to come.
Stones Residential would also like to offer a warm welcome to our incoming Head of Lettings, Shauna Hilal.
Shauna has ten years’ worth of letting experience, spending time with some of the most successful agents in the capital. Shauna has more than five years’ worth of experience in North London and can call on more than two years’ worth of experience in Central London.
Shauna will deliver a dynamic customer-led work practice, focusing on teamwork and innovation to drive a business forward. Shauna has developed a keen reputation for serving landlords above all else, and we believe she will keenly represent the local letting industry.
