Is Stanmore Place the best modern development in the whole of Zone 5? Probably…

While our view on what makes a great place to live can be subjective, the reality is that there are not many developments like Stanmore Place which was built by award winning developers St Edwards, part of the Berkley Homes Group. Not only did Stanmore Place achieve a wealth of well-deserved awards for build and design, the reality is that demand to live there never seems to lose enthusiasm.

Stanmore Place has superseded everyone’s expectations. The broad range of resident, from the City and Docklands professional tenant with their quick and direct access to work on the Jubilee Line through to the Xennials and Baby Boomers, all of which very much enjoy a private, yet community feel of the ongoingly well kept grounds and gardens.

For visitors entering the development for the first time, the same comments come up time and again:

“It’s so clean”
“It’s so well kept”
“It’s so quiet here”

Even for those without an eye for design, cannot help be impressed by the clever architecture. From the subtle change of brick colour, appearance and general construction materials, one can walk around as if in some European development of the future, yet this is 2019 and we are in North West London. One other attractive feature is that there are over 800 homes here but one can walk around blissfully unaware of this as the peace and quiet (not words often associated with a residential development of this size) resonates throughout.

The 24-hour concierge is situated in the Estate Management office and is open 24 hours a day for Stanmore Place residents. The concierge service helps residents enjoy life to the full, providing a cost-effective solution for taking care of day-to-day tasks. The concierge service also includes parcel collection, dry-cleaning and taxi services. High levels of security are ensured by constant CCTV monitoring to all apartment block entrance lobbies providing peace of mind for all residents at Stanmore Place.

For those who prefer to travel on two wheels instead of four, cycle storage is provided for residents within the car park. Stanmore Place has also facilitated the creation of new pedestrian and cycle routes linking the development to the surrounding areas.

Stanmore Place residents do not need to go far to stay active, with use of an on-site residents’ only gym. The gym boasts cardiovascular and weight training equipment, and you can also book your own personal trainer to help kick-start your healthy regime.
